Payload Delivery – DJI FlyCart
DJI’s FlyCart has enabled payload delivery operations. While other manufacturers will follow suit, the FlyCart is the first commercially available solution in New Zealand and has stimulated interest in this sector.
Fenix UAS has developed the DJI FlyCart Procedures Supplement to address all the procedures you will need to operate the FlyCart:
- Payload weight and flight time determination;
- Ground risk buffers required between the Flycart and uninvolved persons;
- Cargo box operation procedures;
- Winch system operation procedures;
- Maintenance programme.
The procedures in the supplement document the workflow in the DJI training videos, together with additional requirements mandated by the CAA and New Zealand legislation.
