Fenix UAS personnel have worked with Safety Management Systems across multiple organisations. Our training business is also required to have its own SMS as part of the conditions of certification.

SMS Documentation

CAA’s SMS framework has 13 elements, but that doesn’t mean that you need to have a large and complex manual that no one reads and hardly ever gets used. We can help you with documentation and systems that are pragmatic and effective for small and medium sized organisations.

Training

We provide training on the operation of an effective SMS. We can provide either a general-purpose course for all industries, a course for General Aviation, or our SMS for RPAS Operators course.
